Eurocode Loadings for bridges

Does anyone know a way that loadings due to vehicles can be reduced based on speed restrictions in the Eurocodes?

In the old BD documents you could massively reduce the forces that have to be designed for if there are speed restrictions / signage in place but I can't find anything in EN 1991-2 or our National Annex.
