I am currently working with an ethanol bioreactor made from PVC and textile. I need to determine the best mix of the two material based on pressure requirement. I have taken into consideration the internal pressure due to liquid head and the pressure needed to handle the steam used during sterilization. I will love to know if there is any other pressure factor I need to consider as well
