I'm using an ETABS 9.7 to analyze a four story building and i really don't know on how to extract Rho (Reliability/Redundancy Ratio) for each element in ETABS. Could you give me the procedure on how to do it. Thanks

Rho applies to the structure as a whole and not just individual elements. ETABS uses a procedure from the older IBC2000, which had a different way of calculating rho. Per the new ASCE, rho ranges from 1.0 to 1.3, depending on how redundant the building is.

Apologies, it is dependent on the story and not the structure as a whole. That is, your building can have 2 stories that require a rho=1.3, but the other two may not.
