ETABS model will not run

I am working on a model in ETABS. When I try to run the model it keeps getting stuck when you can canel the create analysis model. In the bottom left of the screen is says it is updating diaphragm connectivity. Any help on getting this to run?

Ypu can clear all diaphragm assignments, see if it runs properly and then assign carefully the diaphragms paying attention not to have different z coordinates in each diaphragm.
