Background:
I have a simple one story low rise steel framed building. Each wall has one bay with lateral bracing. I used the auto cladding feature to apply the wind loads. The forces appear to have transferred to the LLRS. However the wind load has not been applied to the exterior columns. The actual building will have horizontal girts spanning between the exterior columns so I need to apply the wind load to the exterior columns and then to the roof diaphragm. Auto cladding does not seem to do this?
Question:
Can I alter the auto cladding feature to apply the wind load to the exterior columns and then the columns woud transfer the load to the roof diaphragm?
