ET Pier Question

Our company just recently purchased the computer program ET Pier by Eriksson Technologies. One of my engineers is attempting to use the program to design a solid stem (wall) pier on piles and his having a lot of trouble. Apparently a manual is not available. Is there anyone out there that has used the program to design a wall pier and can give us any tips?
