Estimate torque quality in test stand

Hello,

I need information about estimating my torque quality for optimizing a gear endurance test stand.

Example: I want to compare my measured torque with an "ideal" or "allowed torque variability" for 10kNm and 1000 rpm.

Does anybody know something about an ISO / VDI / DIN / EN / IEEE or another guideline etc... ?

I don't need the hardware. I need information how to interpret my signals.

Example: My teststand runs a gear unit with 1000 rpm and 10kNm. My signal amplifier (with build in Lowpassfilter 5Hz) shows a constant torque signal with +/- 0.5% variation.
Ok - Then I remove my lowpassfilter and I get a variation of +/- 15%. Thus I have a problem in my teststand but I don't know if it is serious or not to have a stron variation f. ex. at 122 Hz...
