Can we use pqr of CJP V groove type for other groove type(e.g double V- groove or single bevel and... ( square- groove is excluded)) in WPS of CJP groove welds ?

Yes.

The requirements are a little different between AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX. You can reference Table 4.5 - General section in D1.1 for groove type.
