ESFR SYSTEM 40FT building, ESFR 17 sprinklers, 100 sqft. BAYS 52FT, Heads 10Ft on center, Lines 10Ft on center.
Line 12" OFF the leading edge of Truss, Truss more that 70 percent open. Is this OK.

Wind bracing run 12" off ESFR branch line at bottom of bar joist run continuous is this still OK

Robert, are you using upright or pendent ESFR sprinklers?

How wide is the wind bracing?

I do a ESFR system about once a year, have to review notes, and read up on NFPA 13, it seems like the same water blockage as the leading edge of bar joist requirement. Working with steel Mfg. on our piping locations, and His Min. requirements on wind bracing. His min. distance piping to a joist is 13 1/2". All other very up to 60". (Continuous)
