error, working revisions limit exceeded

In the last few days, two different users on two different assemblies received the attached error. We are running NX 8.0 with TC integration. The error seemed odd as we are at rev NX003. Any thoughts as to what the problem or fix could be?

Shooting blindly, but clean your TC local cache folder.
