Error when using large expresions

I've been receiving this error message when trying to solve large equations (maybe three screens wide).

I have MathCad13. I have 12 equations with 12 unknowns, and all the equations are from 3 to 5 pages wide. Not too complicated, they only have additions, multiplications and divisions.

I've asked PTC but they seem to be very hard to reach when you need support (not the case when you are trying to buy from them...)
