I click "Edit Spreadsheet, the go to Save Part Family or Update Part Families, and I get this error....
"Error Processing Menu Callback"

I have four cylinders that have Family Parts. Two of them are suddenly getting this error and two are still working good.

Any ideas?

As this appears to be part specific (you've stated that two of your parts are working OK) it would be best if you contacted GTAC and have them look at your part files.

I was hoping someone has had this before and knew how to fix it. All of them were working for us earlier. It is just suddenly they stopped working. So it makes me think I did something that caused it. Changed a setting, or did something to the text in the spreadsheet or something while falling asleep. lol.

Hi Kenja824,

I have the same problem since 2 weeks. Before that time the part families where fine.
As of januari 12 NX shows the following error: error processing menu callback.

Also when I make an entirely new part familie this error appears. But only at the highest level of the structure.
The structure in NX is a part familie, in a part familie, in a part familie (3 levels). The lowest levels have no problems.

Do you know what caused this problem in your case?

Marcel Verheesen

Which office version are you using? I'm seeing a couple of related problems here in the last 2 weeks related to excel (mostly version 2010), also stand alone issues with macros etc....

Best regards,

Michaël.

Hi Kenja824,

I solved my problem (error processing menu callback)

Please check the assembly load options.
The option use partial loading must be unflagged.
(this solved in my case the problem)

Marcel

Thanks Mverheesen

Unfortunately, I gave up and just recreated those two files I had the problem on. I havent had that problem again. But it is good to know in case I run into it again.
