Error occurred while starting the solver module.

Hi, I am trying to solve a static structural problem in Ansys 17 but it gives me the error "An error occurred while starting the solver module. Please refer to troubleshooting section in Ansys mechanical user guide". I've checked all the possibilities in the mechanical user guide but nothing seems to work. It keeps on giving me the same error. I've tried to run the same problem in another computer and it gives me the same error.

It is a very simple static structural problem please can anyone help me with this.
