Error , NX stopped working -Close Program “Stops responding”

Hello,

I am frequently facing issue with NX 9 . Even I got very good system configuration RAM32 with Windows 7

1. NX application suddenly get crashed, while working with the small data size .
2. Error , NX stopped working -Close Program “Stops responding”

Could any one recommend the best solution for resolving such issue, as I am loosing all my effort which I worked on CAD . Before saving I get this issue .

Is this part related? Which actions were performed? Maybe you could provide us with a part of the log file?

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the reply , currently I do not have the log file.
Its was a simple part file.
I have restarted the system and tried again , it works and again error appears . Hope I will get you the logfile very soon.
But is there any solution ? to clean up temp of locks in system ?

Please take these sorts of issues to GTAC and have them look at your files and your configuraton.
