Error message re Farside Countersink

Making a rudimentary "spool" with some holes.
The 1/4-20 tapped hole is intended to go to the centerline of the spool and intersect a 3/16 dia hole previously drilled from the bottom.

I get this error message.... link to jpg below

There is no Farside countersink callout as can be seen at the left column.

Is this perhaps because the .201 tap-drill is larger than the 3/16", or just what is going on?

I tried different End Conditions and depth of thread with no change.

OK, think I got it figured.

If the 1/4-20 tapped hole is placed 1st, then the 3/16 hole from the bottom, it works.

So, it must've been that the Wizard was interpreting the 3/16 dia void as a Countersink.

This is what I was after.........
