Error message mxGetRegisterInternalFcnsFcn could not be located

When running my application an error message "mxGetRegisterInternalFcnsFcn could not be located in the dynamic link library libmx.dll" occurs. I have Matlab_sv12 version on my computer installed.
What could it be??

Sounds like a Matlab internal error. I suggest you contact their Tech Support if this is a repeatable error.
