Error message: Failure to merge assembly components.

Hi there,



try GeomCheck for the parts wich you wnat to merge (I guess you was make an assembly operation (merge or cut solids in assembly)

If the geometricalCeck is ok, (you don't have tiny edge or tiny piece, or any kind of errors) then maybe you have 2 tangent sourfaces form 2 different solids; in that case try to make something dirty (make to exist some inerferece between the solids). I hope that it's help you. You don't give to much informations.
