Error: Insert BOM Table

SW07 SP4.0

If I go Insert> Tables>Bill of Materials, or select the Tables icon in the Annotations toolbar, SW will not recognize the SW BOM template on the network. The only way I can insert a BOM table in a drawing is to RMB>Tables>Bill of Materials.

I don't understand why the other methods do not work, and I am the only install having this problem. It worked normally last week, and as far as I know there have been no changes. Anyone have any ideas why this is acting this way?

So with all methods, you are getting to the BOM Manager and seeing all the options (Table Template, Table Anchor, BOM Type, etc) and other settings, but are only able to select the template with the RMB method? And other computers on the same network work normally?

Have you tried the registry fix?
