error in ansys workbench 10

anythime i'm starting a simulation either direct by achieving geometry from file or from designmodeler i get error message in this order:
PlugIn Error: No valid bodies found.
PlugIn Error: Attach failed.

And for exemple if i want to import a geometry from solidworks i get this error:
The instruction ar "0x10004c66" referenced memory at "0x0000017c". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program.

If anybody can help with this kind of problem i would be thakfull.

This type of problem is best addressed by your ASD.
