Error code &H000F1 on PLC Omron CQM1 "Memory error"

Hello everybody.
I just received a machine that has an Omron PLC CQM1. It has a Memory error code &H000F1. I tried to clear the error but it can not be cleared. Will somebody help me with this issue? Or maybe the CPU needs to be replaced?

The PLC was in program mode when you try to clear the fault?
