error cleaning frame section arrays - error no.9

I was asked to examinate a student's work that has following error during analisys in sap 2000 : a small dialog pops-up with this message

Error Cleaning Frame Section Arrays - Error No.9

error shows three ore four times, after that analisys completes correctly

This error can be reproduced running the file in Sap 2000 Nonlinear V7.21

Looking through Google I wasn't able to discover anything so can anyone please help me to understand what's wrong?
