I do not work with sheet metal so this might not work but when you suppress features you can leave behind a sketch that does not get suppressed. I am wondering if this is what you are seeing? Expand the bend you are suppressing and look for underlying sketches that may need to be suppressed.

Well, it's not a sketch tho...it's a like a "sub-feature" under any sheetmetal feature i.e.basebend or edgebend.
Then they all collect under the Flat Pattern at the bottom.
All features look good with no suppressed ones. I did a lotta
tweakin on this part, deleting/creating flanges ad infinitum.
Maybe there is an orphan in one of the features...weird, I'll
check tomorrow...at home right now with Mr Corona and his
brother Jose Quervo.......look, he brought trainig wheels also.....lol

Thanks

dutch7777,

I saw this happen a very long time ago but I do not remember what we did to eliminate it. I will look through my notes. Have you contacted your VAR about this? I seem remembering getting them involved also.

SA, put your notes away.....works fine today....maybe
a shutdown of SWX did it....dunno. Anyway this is 05
with no VAR support.....(

Thanks for the help.
