ER40 Collet Specs

I'm designing a tool holder for a one-off machine, and am having great difficulty finding the specs of an ER40 collet holder. The nose features are what I need. Machinery's handbook doesn't seem to have them.

I think there is a DIN standard relating to spring collets. That might be a good place to start...
