Does ay one knows is there an equivalent of DIN 18022 (Domestic kitchens, bathrooms and WCs; design principles ) standard in ASTM

There is no ASTM equivalent, but there is an ISO standard that partly covers some of the issues of the DIN 18022:

ISO 3055:1985 Kitchen equipment -- Coordinating sizes
