Equation Syntax Needed

Is there a definitive list of equations (with explanations for non-programmers) somewhere? I know that you can use some VBA but not all.

Without VBA, the definitive list is in the equation editor dialog box. Anything more is VBA. You can use any VBA that does not require the use of the "=" sign. You can even execute multiple lines of VBA in a single equation using the IIF statement. However, you cannot branch the code.
