Enhanced Immersed Boundary method in Abaqus

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody can help me to find out how the mentioned " Enhanced immersed boundary" method in Abaqus user's manual is implemented. What are the equations for the structure-flow interaction/contact? Are they the same as explained in Peskin's paper on immersed boundary method.
