English Version of CM66

Can anyone help? I am trying to source an English version of CM66 or DTU P22-701 (12th edition 1996 - Addendun 80 included). It is a French standard for 'Regulations for the Calculation of steel structures'. I have tried the BSI web site but they can not supply it. I managed to get one through the IMechE but it is an old version from 1966 and I need the new addendum.
