engineering/construction company in riga/latvia

we are going to build a new power station in riga/latvia and are looking for a local supplier of basic engineering of water/steam piping, vessels, pumps etc. the supplier shall be able to provide both engineering and hardware supply including turnkey erection.
any ideas if there are some companies based in riga or anywhere else in lativa which could provide such services?
