Hi,
I am a fairly new graduate and am working for an gas/oilfield related engineering consulting firm. I am an EE and am looking for KEY things that I would need to know that is gas/oilfield related. I am looking for things that are key or important things to know when working with or for companies of this type. I know this might be a broad question, but anything you guys could provide that would beneficial to me would be greatly appreciated. Also I would appreciate any key books or related materials that would also be excellent reference guides that may be helpful now or in the future.
For example, particular oilfield related power things that would be important to know and related books and/or material, etc.............
I have a friend who is a chemical eng. and worked in the oilfield at refineries and he had particular books and reference guides that were very useful when working with distillation columns or something else that was part of his work environment which he thought were key to have in what he was doing. I just thought I would begin to build my own library, so to say, of things related to what I am doing.
Thanks in advance!!
