Engine manufacturer

Hi,

I am looking for a petrol engine manufacturer in Italy. Well, I know of Fiat power train and Alfa Romeo and others but I am looking for an independent one because of branding and licensing issues. Any body can help?

Zanzoterra makes air-cooled engines, albeit not very good ones.

Thanks gr2vessels but VM motori builds diesel engine for Automotive sector.

What about Ferrari S.p.A.? I think they make some quite good petrol engines.

Also, I think VM motori is owned by the Daimler-organization

Try the Italian Consulate and Dept of Trade.

They will have a list of all manufacturers by market segment and should be able to provide you with names , addresses , phone fax and email contact details etc.

No idea where you are located but the Yellow Pages should help.
