EN131 VS. OSHA Regulations

Is anyone aware if a ladder approved by the EN131 code is also approved by OSHA regulations? I am not finding good resources online about the EN131 code, nor can I find anything on the OSHA website about EN131 being a compatible code. Thank you for your help.
