Does anyone know of any EN12952 and/or EN13480 training courses(given in English)? I'm having a very tough time finding anyone, foreign or domestic, with enough confidence in the EN code to teach it. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The Dutch regulations/standards institute NEN offers a lot of courses, but I think there given in Dutch.
My point is that probably every country has it's own standards institute, designated to EN ISO (for NL, it's NEN EN ISO, hence NEN is the institute to conform to EN ISO). Likewise, e.g. BS (=British Standard) might offer the same possibilities.

Hopefully it's clear to you what I meant to say.

Thanks, XL83NL. I'm going through BSi now to find some info. They offer courses, but apparantly not for EN12952 or 13480.

I know NEN (the 'dutch BSi') offers a course for, amongst others, EN 13445. But in the end it might depend on the institute what's offered. As I believe BSi is bigger than NEN, you might have a change ...
