EN 13480 Piping Code Course - where?

Does anybody know of any educational institutes which offer courses in the new european piping code EN13480?

I've been through some parts of it on a self study basis, but might get permission to attend a full course, however so far I haven't been able to find anyone offering it.

Its just that I'm not really looking for a Pipe Stress Analysis course that may include a lecture of how to make the program do code compliance check to EN13480.

What I'm really looking for is something that deals entirely with the content of EN13480, and perhaps a little bit about the relations to the PED.
