Dear group,
What is difference between DIN EN 10089 and BS EN 10089 standard?
Best Regards

Dear Mali325,

I think no difference about the two standards.
One DIN EN 10089 (DIN = Deutsches Institut fur Normung) is in german language and BS EN 10089 (BS = British Standard)is in english language, but both are related to the same European standard.

ciao

There is no difference in the technical content, only the language. Euronorms are created by CEN, which is the centralized group, and then approved separately by the individual member nations like BSI, DIN, AFNOR, NSI, etc. This means that EN 10089 does not really exist-- it exists as BS EN 10089, or DIN EN 10089, etc.
