emissivity of CS

Would anyone happen to know the emissivity of carbon steel? I am using a value of 0.9.

Material comp is generally less important than surface finish. The second link shows a steel ranging from 0.16 to 0.85, depending on finish.

Emissivity can vary with temperature, is this for ambient or other temperature ?
