I have question regarding the autoclave/vulcanizing the rubber rollers at temperature of 180 celsuis (using heat of steam only ) , the duration the rubber will be inside the autoclave is 4-6 hours .

Will be there any emissions resulting of autoclaving the rubber?

Maybe. Do you have an extractor hood above the autoclave that vents to atmosphere outside your premises?

Have someone collect an air sample when the autoclave is opened and get that tested to see what it contains.

We have not bough the autoclave yet , I just want to do environmental assessment

You would probably have similar types of emissions as you'd get with press curing of the rubber, and the emissions would depend a lot on the formulas you're curing. For example, you might have some ingredients in the formula that are somewhat volatile at the curing temperature (e.g., low molecular weight plasticizers or process aids or low MW fractions of polymers), and those might give you 'emissions'.
