Emissions from floating roof storage tanks

I believe that there exists a API standard for estimating the emissions from a floating roof crude oil storage tank but i cant remember the number.

Anybody here know this - or has other usefull info regarding estimating emissions from floating roof storage tanks?

I have read this post:

but it seems not to deal with floating roof tanks.

put API 19.2 in the search field. The info in 19.2 is also in the EPA AP-42 document found at

Seems silly to use a shortcut method that an EPA region may not accept when Tanks4 is a free program available on the EPA web site.

Im not really worried about EPA - but there may be a similar Danish agency to worry about
