Hi,
According to the "American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH)-Industrial Ventilation A Manual of Recommended Practice 1972", (I know there is a newer edition)
-Sn, (inorganic compounds, except SnH4 and SnO2),Tin 2 Mg/M3
-Sn, (organic compounds -that can contact cuts in skin),
0.1 Mg/M3
-Sb Antimony & compounds 0.5 Mg/M3
-Pb just in case you're using lead 0.15 Mg/M3
The above are TLV's -threshold limit values milligrams particulate per cubic meter of air.
The standards may have tightened up since.
As for the flux which is an antioxidant I believe, I am not sure what the composition is.
Please let me know what you intend to do or what compositions you use for the solder or flux, just for curiosity's sake.
Good-luck!
