I have a pneumatic conveying system processing 65K lbs. of 4x sugar daily. I am working to reduce the particulate emissions from the bag house and would like to know what EPA or other regulatory limits are?

The EPA has established certain criteria pollutants. Particulate emissions is one of them. EPA also required that states establish their own Implementation Plans. You may not be a major source of particulate emissions. You would have to emit 10 tons per year. You don't have a Hazardous Air Pollutant (HAP). I would contact your state DEP.
