embossing text in a part 2

I am trying to emboss text on a part. The help says to use "text profile" in the tools menu. This option does not show up on my solid edge v12. Is this an add in option?

Go into a new protrusion profile, then from the
"tools" pull down menu select "text profile"
You can also do the same from a sketch profile.
