Embedding Information

Can anyone tell me if they know of a way to embed (PDI/PMI) information, specifically a revision record of a part, to a solid? I know how to embed information for other items, but can not figure out a way to accomplish that.

Also, can you tell me what I am doing wrong with using the NX General Note under the Product Definition Editor, why it seems to repeat everything twice.

I am currently using NX3 and working to come up to speed with NX4.

NX4 they introduce PMI (application) which is a much more powerful set of features and replaces the "Smart Model" / "Product Definition Editor" that was available in NX3. I would use NX4 PMI application to embed object information into the file.
