Elipses are not polylines

I often do isometric drawings for some of our tech manuals. The company we send them to has problems with line thickness so we usually make our standard drawings with everything polylines. But I notice that elipses can't be made into a polyline type object. How can I make ellipses that will work like polylines?

Try changing the PELLIPSE variable to 1. Default is 0 (draws true ellipse)
