Elevated Temp Tensile Props for A242 T21 cast Al

Can anyone provide typical tensile yield and ultimate tensile properties for A242-T21 aluminum sand castings? Temperature range of interest is up to 400 deg. F. I have only found room temperature properties for that particular heat treatment. Application is a 1940s vintage aircracft engine head. Original spec was AMS 4222E
