I need a cost estimate for a conventional elevated sand mound. Cost should include labor and materials. The sand mound is 60'x100'.

Call septic system contractors in your area. The sand is only one part of the system. you also have drain rock, pipe and cleanouts. Not to mention pumps and controls. These systems are depndent on many local regulations and soil types, the soils can vary from one lot to the next. Any number you got here would be worth just as much as you paid for it.
