Do you see an issue if i connect condensate return from tank coil to an elevated return line without pump. Steam source is 105 psi. Elevation difference between condensate trap and tie-in location is 20'. Check value will be installed after trap.

As long as you have specified the trap for the proper back pressure (taking into account any flashing in the downstream piping) this is a fairly common practice.
