Electropolished Titanium / Stainless steel corrosion 3

I have two situations, in an upcoming design, where CP2 Ti will touch Stainless 304.

1) In an outdoor (wet) environment electro-polished CP2 Ti is bolted to 304 Stainless steel plates about 2 sq. ft. surface area. Does the electro-polishing provide any corrosion protection or should I separate the plates with an insulator of some type (suggestions)?

2) Inside a dry bearing housing made of CP2 Ti, the outer races of 304 Stainless steel bearings, and retaining clips come in contact with the housing. If kept dry is this a problem? Or, again, should some type of insulating paste be used (suggestions)?

If you get corrosion it is the 304 that will go first.

2) as long as it is dry the mechanical issues are all that you should worry about.

1) it depends, is this coastal? any chlorides present?
If we are dealing with clean rain water then I wouldn't worry.

Is the 304 EP'ed? If so and there is concern about corrosion of the 304 then I would isolate them from each other with a thin sheet of something that can not absorb water (HDPE?)
