Hello everyone! My project involves building a special electromagnet from a patent (Apparatus and method for amplifying a magnetic beam
US 5929732 A), please read first. I have two electromagnet solenoids. One powered with 50 turns 1 amp DC N pole facing S pole of another electromagnet 50 turns .25 amp with pulsed DC 10Khz. Will these two magnets be able to attract and interact with each other in general?

No this is not for school. I am an independent engineer experimenting with electromagnetism. Is there anyone that can help me with the question posted above please?
