Electrode for casing API 5CT J55

What kind of welding and welding process are you intending to use? API 5CT J55 is a low alloy steel material specification. Most likely you will need to use a low alloy filler metal or electrode to achieve the desired minimum yield strength properties and ultimate tensile strength properties.
I would suggest qualification of a welding procedure once you select the welding process or processes.

Materials
API 5 CT did not intend casing and tubing to be welded .If you weld these products they no longer meet spec.
