I HAVE ELECTRODE E7016 E7016-1 E7016-1H4R
1-IS THAT ELECTRODE NEED BAKING IN OVEN FOR 2 HOUR
2-GENERALLY WHICH ELECTRODE NEED BAKING AND WHAT STANDARD (TALKING ABOUT ASME)
3- IN WPS MENTION E7016 VAN I USE E7016-1 OR E7016-1H4R(MY MATERIAL A36)
 
Give a call to the Welding Material Distributor to whom you purchase the welding material and ask them to stop by for a chat. They are a good resource. Go online to the Manufacturer of the welding material and review the Manufacturer's Recommendations for the Electrode.
