Electro De-ionisation for the Cooling water system in Nuclear plant

Hello we have a cooling water treatment process in one of the Nuclear plant where One catridge filter + One EDI + one membrane contactor ( for Oxygen removal) is envisaged.This is the first time i am coming across such EDIs. What are the main factors to be considered for evaluation of the technical offers? Thanks to help
